Product Description (Women's New Balance W992)

The women's New Balance 992 is a lady's running shoe built for the mild to moderate overpronator who requires a combination of enhanced stability and cushioning. This women's New Balance running shoe has ABZORB® SBS in the heel and forefoot, ENCAP® in midsole and heel, and a Polyurethane rim with a C-CAP core. These New Balance women's running shoes also has compression molded EVA for cushioning and flexibility, and N-DURANCE® in outsole for maximum durability. This woman running shoe is available in colors black, grey, navy, white, and blue. This lady's running shoe range in sizes from size 5 to size 13.

FYI Definitions:

EVA - Ethyl Vinyl Acetate. A soft, cellular foam material known for its lightweight, flexible and cushioning properties.

Heel - The Heel can refer to both the rear, padded area of the underside of the foot, as well as the solid part of a shoe that supports the heel cup. The standard measure for heel heights is as follows: an 8/8 (low heel) is 1" high; a 16/8 (medium heel) is 2" high; and a 24/8 (high heel) is 3" high.

Midsole - The part of the shoe between the outsole and the insole that is often cushioned.

Outsole - The bottom sole of a shoe which is completely exposed to wear.

Polyurethane - A type of manmade material that can be made to have the look and feel of leather.
